Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates across various roles.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their profiles.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the team in posting job openings and other recruitment activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
