Purpose of the Job
A Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates. The role focuses on attracting and hiring the right talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS.
- Build talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring.
