Purpose of the Job
Responsible for managing end-to-end stores, warehouse, and inventory operations, ensuring efficient material handling and timely availability of materials for smooth production and business operations.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of critical materials.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and warehouse practices.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and material movement.
- Drive inventory control, process improvement, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Preferred Background:
- Candidates with experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory Management, or SCM, preferably from Metal, Aluminium, Engineering, Heavy Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
