Purpose of the Job
To manage end-to-end store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient material receipt, storage, inventory control, documentation, and timely material availability for smooth business operations.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Manage Material Receipt & Storage
- Maintain Inventory Accuracy
- Monitor Stock Levels & Movement
- Conduct Physical Stock Verification
- Manage GRN & Material Issuance
- Maintain Store Records & Documentation
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO Compliance
- Implement 5S & Housekeeping Standards
- Coordinate ISO Audits & Compliance
- Supervise Store & Warehouse Manpower
- Prevent Material Loss & Stock Discrepancies
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production & Other Departments
