Purpose of the Job
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineering professional to manage and support engineering, maintenance, and mechanical operations. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical engineering and maintenance activities.
- Handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning and reliability of plant machinery and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for improving equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Coordinate with production and other internal teams for smooth plant operations.
- Manage engineering projects, modifications, and technical improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Guide and support junior engineering team members.
