Purpose of the Job
The Operation Head – Civil will be responsible for leading and managing overall project operations, ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, resource management, budget control, and coordination across multiple project sites. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- • Lead end-to-end operations across multiple civil construction projects
- • Ensure timely execution, quality, safety & budget compliance
- • Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers & site teams
- • Oversee manpower, machinery, materials & resource allocation
- • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors & vendors
- • Monitor project schedules, costs, BOQs & operational expenses
- • Drive process improvements, productivity & operational efficiency
- • Prepare MIS, project status reports, KPIs & management reviews
- • Ensure statutory, legal, quality & safety compliance
