Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a senior education leader to lead a large, foundation-led K–12 school network with multiple schools and students across multiple states.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead multi-state school operations and regional structures
- • Drive academic excellence, learning outcomes & board performance
- • Standardize academic, operational & governance systems
- • Build teacher and school leadership capability
- • Strengthen monitoring, performance & impact frameworks
- • Drive scalable, cost-efficient & sustainable education models
- Ideal Profile:
- • 20+ years of experience in K–12 education / school networks
- • Proven experience managing large, multi-location school operations
- • Strong academic + operational leadership exposure
- • Experience in CSR / Foundation / NGO-led education preferred
- • Track record of scaling, standardization and improving learning outcomes
- Role: Strategic Leadership | CXO Level
- Location: Ahmedabad with Pan-India Travel
