Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and techno-commercial proposals for Cathodic Protection (CP) and Oil & Gas/EPC projects. The role involves reviewing tender documents, coordinating with vendors, analysing project costs, and supporting the bid management process to ensure competitive and timely submissions.
Key Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on project drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contract conditions to identify project scope and estimation requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial bids, quotations, and tender documents within specified timelines.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and evaluate commercial and technical offers.
