CSR Programme Manager

Purpose of the Job

We are looking for an experienced CSR Programme Manager to lead and manage the organisation’s CSR projects and programmes across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for end-to-end programme management, stakeholder coordination, implementation, monitoring, impact assessment and reporting of CSR initiatives aligned with the organisation’s CSR objectives.

Key Role and Responsibilities

• 1.Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of CSR projects and programmes across various locations.
• 2.Develop annual CSR programme plans, budgets, timelines and implementation strategies.
• 3.Identify and assess relevant CSR projects, implementation partners, NGOs and community organisations.
• 4.Coordinate with NGOs, implementing agencies, government bodies, internal teams and other stakeholders for effective programme execution.
• 5.Undertake regular field visits to monitor project progress, quality and outcomes.
• 6.Track programme milestones, budgets, utilisation of funds and deliverables.
• 7.Develop MIS, dashboards, progress reports and management presentations on CSR initiatives.
• 8.Measure and evaluate the social impact and outcomes of CSR programmes.
• 9.Ensure CSR initiatives comply with applicable Companies Act, CSR Rules and internal CSR policies.
• 10.Support CSR Committee/Management with reports, updates and recommendations.
• 11.Maintain proper documentation, records and supporting documents for all CSR projects.
• 12.Conduct due diligence and periodic performance reviews of CSR implementation partners.
• 13.Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, Communications and other internal functions as required.
• 14.Identify opportunities for new CSR interventions based on community needs and impact potential.
