Purpose of the Job
The Country Manager – Saudi Arabia will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s business in Saudi Arabia, driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and establishing a strong market presence for its potato-based food products.
Key Role and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Saudi Arabia market strategy for potato-based frozen food products.
- Drive sales and revenue growth for products such as French fries, hash browns, potato nuggets, and specialty potato products.
- Develop relationships with distributors, importers, foodservice companies, QSRs, hotels, restaurants, and key retail customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network across Saudi Arabia.
- Manage and strengthen the distributor and channel network.
- Understand market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Develop business opportunities across HORECA, QSR, foodservice, retail, and institutional segments.
- Lead negotiations with key customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, supply planning, and customer service.
- Achieve agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Represent the organization at food exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Provide regular market intelligence, sales forecasts, and business updates to management.
- Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in International Business / Sales / Business Development, preferably in frozen food, processed food, potato products, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian food market with an established network among distributors, QSRs, HORECA, retail, and foodservice customers.
- Experience in handling Saudi Arabia / GCC markets will be preferred.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, distributor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of developing new markets and growing business.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
